BREADED PORK CHOPS image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2-4 Pork Chops (boneless)
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Milk
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers
Gallon size ziplock bag
1 Tbs Oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pound Chops to 1/2" thick. Mix egg and milk in shallow dish. Moisten chops in egg/milk mixture, let soak 5 minutes or so, flip once. Put crackers in plastic bag, crumble (not too fine). Put two chops in bag at a time. Toss to coat, press crackers into chops so they stick. Heat oil in 12" skillet over medium heat. Brown chops in oil, turn once. Put chops on rack in roasting pan with a little water in bottom of pan. Cover tight with aluminum foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, remove foil last 15 minutes to crisp crumbs on chops.
