Brazilian Beer Can Chicken image

It is hard to find presents for my dad, but I managed to get him the BBQ Bible book, and he was happy to search through for ideas to grill. This recipe was one we tried in Eagle River in 2001, and continued to make as long as we spent summers at the cottage. It is wonderful!
