2 Tbsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp ground coriander
2 tsp ground mustard
PORK
5 lb pork butt roast
2 bottle amber ale beer
6 clove garlic minced
BBQ SAUCE
1 c each ketchup and dark brown sugar
4 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp whole grain mustard
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the spices together for the rub. Rub the mixture all over the pork butt. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
