How to make BOSTON MARKET CRANBERRY SAUCE:

Provided by @MakeItYours

Number Of Ingredients 7

Serves: 3 cups
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of fresh cranberries (slice each cranberry into 2 to 3 pieces horizontally)
10 ounce Jar of Smucker's Simply Fruit-Orange Marmalade
1/3 cup of walnut (finely chopped)
1 pound can of jellied cranberry juice
1/3 teaspoon ground ginger

Steps:

  • PROCEDURE:
  • Get a 2-quart saucepan. Preheat the saucepan at medium-to-low heat.
  • After preheating the saucepan, put in the ginger, jellied sauce and marmalade. Stir the mixture using a rubber bowl scraper until the mixture melted. Do this for about 6 to 8 minutes.
  • After melting the mixture, add the cranberries. Make sure you keep the heat low. Continuously stir the mixture until the cranberries taste tender to bite (not too soft, but also not too crispy) and they no longer have whites.
  • Add the walnuts onto the mixture.
  • Once the mixture is ready, remove it from the saucepan and allow it to cool to lukewarm.
  • Put it in a container and cover it. Refrigerate to use for 7 to 10 days. Freeze the sauce if you want to use it for 4 months.
