BONNIE'S BAKED SALMON WITH LEMON AND DILL image

Tonight's Salmon with Lemon and Dill was amazingly delicious! This is a very simple recipe for baked salmon--ready in about 30 minutes. I also posted the Lemon Dill Fingerling Potatoes that we had with it, too. Don't miss out -- both of these dishes are truly company worthy! There is nothing like the flavors of lemon and dill...

Time 30m

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pound salmon fillets
1/4 cup of real butter
5 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
fresh ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an oblong baking dish.
  • 2. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish (make sure you blot them with paper towels first)
  • 3. Melt the butter in a small sauce pan, then add the lemon juice and drizzle over the salmon evenly. Season with the dill, the garlic powder, the sea salt, and pepper.
  • 4. Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until salmon is easily flaked with a fork.
  • 5. This was done in my oven perfectly at 25 minutes. Enjoy!
