Steps:
- Finely grate cheese.
- Add remaining ingredients except oil.
- Knead dough and cover with damp cloth for 1 hour.
- Shape into small balls.
- Drop into deep hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot.
- OPTION: Add 1 TBSP.
