1 lb. fresh rhubarb, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
2 cups blueberries
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. water
1 pkg. (10 oz.) prepared angel food cake, cut into 10 slices
1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted, chopped

Steps:

  • Cook fruit, sugar and water in saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until rhubarb is desired tenderness, stirring frequently. Cool slightly.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours.
  • Spoon rhubarb mixture evenly over cake slices just before serving; top with COOL WHIP and nuts.
