Blueberry Cherry 7up Cobbler image

This will be one of my desserts for the holidays this summer. Im always bringing the jello cake topped with a fruit flag, And I dont think I'l get away with not making it anyway. But decided to make my easy cobbler recipe bringing cherries and blueberries to the dish. Hope you all enjoy this simple recipe.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can(s) cherry pie filling
1 can(s) blueberry pie filling
1 - yellow cake mix or funfetti holiday cake
1 can(s) cherry 7up soda
2 tablespoon(s) sugar (optional)

Steps:

  • Spray bottom of large baking dish. Pour both cans of fruit filling on bottom. Cover with cake mix. Pour cherry 7up over.
  • Bake in preheated 350 degree oven, for 35min. Sprinkle sugar on top if desired and bake additional 10min. Baking time total 45min. Serve warm with icecream. Or if taking to party decorate with coolwhip and fruit of choice.
  • Mix and match fruits or cake mixes. Change up for any holiday!
