BLUEBERRY BUTTERMILK PANCAKES image

Yield 10 4-inch pancakes

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
2 T sugar
2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
2 large eggs
1 3/4 c buttermilk
3 T unsalted butter melted
1 c fresh blueberries
maple syrup, grade B

Steps:

  • Whisk together flour, sugar,baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together eggs, buttermilk and melted butter. Stir together until combined. Brush heated skillet with butter. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle with blueberries. Flip and serve with maple syrup.
