Blue Hawaii Cocktail image

Classic Hawaiian cocktail developed by Harry Yee at the Hilton Hawaiian Village hotel in Waikiki. Drink with aloha!

Number Of Ingredients 6

3/4 oz white rum
3/4 oz vodka
1/2 oz blue curacao liqueur
3 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
1 oz sweet and sour mix
1 cocktail spear of fresh fruit (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes, and add all other ingredients.
  • 2. Cover and shake vigorously until well mixed.
  • 3. Pour into a serving glass, garnish with speared fresh fruit and serve.
