BLUE CHEESE AND FIG PUFF PASTRY image

Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry cups
1/3 lb. blue cheese
1/2 cup fig jam
Directions
Thaw the pastry sheet at room temperature for 40 minutes or until it's easy to handle. Heat the oven to 400°F.
Unfold the pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Roll the pastry sheet into a 14-inch square. Cut the pastry sheet into 36 (about 2 1/4-inch) squares. Press the squares into 36 (1 3/4-inch) mini muffin pan cups.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the pastry cups are golden.
Place 1 piece blue cheese into each pastry cup and top with about 1/2 teaspoon jam. Bake for 5 minutes or until the filling is hot.
