This is a recipe my Mom loved. Seems all of the Aunts & Uncles did too....You can freeze this in portions since the recipe makes a large batch. FREEZE BEFORE BAKING!!!!

Steps:
- 1. In a large Dutch Oven, brown beef.Drain. Add onion & celery; cook until tender. Stir in tomato soup,tomato paste & ketchup. Simmer 15-20 minutes.
- 2. Spoon into a large kettle or roaster. Add all remaining ingredients;Stir well. Bake, uncovered,350 degree oven...1 hour.
- 3. This makes a large batch so you can freeze this in any size portion you want.FREEZE BEFORE BAKING!!!!
