Steps:
- 1. In small bowl, combine first 8 ingredients, set aside.
- 2. Place chicken breasts between sheets of plastic wrap (or in a large plastic food storage bag), and pound to even the thickness (about 1/2 inch or a little less).
- 3. Brush one side of chicken breasts with half of the melted butter and sprinkle with half the seasoning mixture. Repeat on other side of chicken breasts.
- 4. Heat a large skillet over med-high heat. Cook chicken about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
