Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 and lightly grease one 8X8 pan.
- Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy... add egg and mix well.
- Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg in separate bowl.
- Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture, then stir in vinegar and juice.
- Fold in blackberry jam and berries.
- Pour batter into pan and bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes.
- Let pan cool and cut into squares.
