How to make Blackberry Jam

3 cup(s) blackberries
2 cup(s) water
1 package(s) fruit pectin, powdered
5 cup(s) sugar

Steps:

  • Crush fruit thoroughly then add water and fruit pectin.
  • Stir until pectin is dissolved and heat to boiling.
  • Boil 5-10 minutes.
  • Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • Boil 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, or until thick.
