Steps:
- Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
- Microwave bittersweet chocolate and 1 cup milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred. Stir in vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate 30 min. or until firm.
- Microwave white chocolate with remaining milk in separate microwaveable bowl 1 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. If necessary, continue to microwave, in 15-sec. increments, until chocolate is completely melted. Pour over bittersweet chocolate layer in pan
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into squares.
