I am not a big fan of the all mighty red meat, but if the marinade is a great tasting one, then I will definitely eat it.

Steps:
- Mix together the ingredients for the marinade.
- Add the flank steak slices and marinate, chilled for 1 hour.
- Mix together the ingredients for the sauce.
- Heat the peanut oil in a deep large skillet on medium-high.
- Drain the excess marinade off the flank steak slices and add them to the skillet and stir-fry until just cooked, about 3 minutes.
- Remove the flank steak from the skillet and heat the remaining Tbsp. of peanut oil.
- Stir-fry the onions and bell peppers until they begin to caramelize, about 2 minutes.
- Add back the beef to the skillet and add 1/2 Tbsp. sherry cooking wine to deglaze, then add the sauce and mix well to coat.
- Serve hot over rice or *cake noodles.

- You can also add your favorite vegetables to the flank steak.
