Serve with dipping sauce on the side Cilantro Dipping Sauce: 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt 1/2 small green chili, seeded and finely chopped 1 small garlic clove, crushed 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro 1 teaspoon sugar Sea salt and black pepper Blend all the ingredients for a smooth consistency. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
