Steps:
- In an electric mixer stand bowl, combine the tepid water, sugar and yeast. Cover and let it proof about 5 minutes.
- Add milk and olive oil
- Add flour and kosher salt and turn the mixer on low until flour is incorporated and increase the speed slightly and let it mix 7 minutes.
- The dough will be soft, turn it on to a floured surface and let it sit 2 minutes. Knead about 20 times and roll into a ball.
- Put enough olive oil in a bowl to be able to roll the ball of dough in it and cover the bowl with a cloth. Let the dough rise about one hour.
- Divide the dough into two balls and shape and stretch the dough to create your pizza dough ready to be garnished
