Steps:
- The day before picnic, remove skin from 2 cut-up chickens, wash very well, pat dry. Place in bowl deep enough to hold chicken. Pour in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley. Mix up well, cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Use another bowl to put bread crumbs and Kraft Cheese, and mix well. Get baking pan and pour oil from chicken into it, just as much as you need to bake it. Bread each piece of chicken well. I do this by putting one piece of chicken in bread crumbs and cheese mixture, cover with coating, and tapping coating on.
- Bake chicken for 45 minutes to an hour, turning once. Make sure golden brown and cooked through.
