Best Peanut Butter Cake Ever image

I tried many peanut butter cakes, but this one is the best.

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 cup(s) unbleach white flour
1/4 cup(s) unbleached wheat flour
1 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
1 stick(s) butter
1 cup(s) peanut butter
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1 cup(s) milk
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1/2 cup(s) semi-sweet mini chocloate chips

Steps:

  • Combine flours, peanut butter and butter in mixer bowl: mix at low until crumbly.Reserve one cup.
  • To remaining mixture, add baking powder, soda, milk, vanilla and eggs: blend at low speed until moistened.
  • Spread batter in 9 x13-inch pan or bandt cake pan.Sprinkle with reserved crumbs and chocolate chips
  • Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 F.
