BEST FLANK STEAK MARINADE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 C Honey
1/4 C vegetable oil
1/4 C Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp. fresh minced ginger
(you may substitute with powdered ginger in a pinch)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tblsp. dehydrated onion
Flank Steak

Steps:

  • Mix marinade ingredients together. Score meat and cover in marinade. Let it stand at least one hour, turning over several times. Broil or barbecue until cooked to liking.
