Watch baking time closely, as every Gluten Free Flour bakes differently, I always set my timer to a 1/2 hour to check middle with a toothpick to judge how it is baking! You can make a few loaves using smaller pan sizes! I usually make a few with nuts and without so all can enjoy them!
