Beer Chili image

beer gives this chili a much fuller flavor.

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 lb ground chuck
2 can(s) petite diced tomatoes (large cans)
1 large onion diced
2 can(s) red beans or kidney beans drained and rised
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp paparika
2 Tbsp crushed garlic
1 can(s) beer (i prefere michelob
1 can(s) (optional) green chili tomatoes

Steps:

  • 1. brown ground chuck, onions and garlic and drain
  • 2. add remaining ingredents
  • 3. let simmer for about an hour to thicken
