Steps:

  • 1) Warm starter (about 2L of water) to 154°F. Add the Two-Row, White Wheat and Flaked Outs and maintain for 60 minutes. 2) Remove the Grains and Oats (the mash). If possible, rinse out the brew sacks with hot water (not quite boiling) to get all the sugars from the grains. 3) Add the LME and bring to a boil 4) Once boiling, add the Hallertau hops and boil for 50 minutes. 5) Add the Orange Peel and Coriander and continue boil for another 10 minutes. The total boil is 60 minutes. 6) At the end of the boil chill and top off to 5 gallons. Don't forget to measure your OG (I always forget). Add the yeast and let it ferment for a week in a cool (65 degrees) place. 7) If possible, transfer to a secondary and let it go for another 2 weeks. 8) Take 3/4 cup of Water, add the Priming sugar and bring to a boil. Then let it cool... Once cool, mix into the beer then bottle.
