Beefy Rice Cabbage Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 cup chopped onion
1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
4 cups chopped cabbage
2 cups tomato sauce
3/4 cup water
2 teaspoon s beef bouillon granules
1 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cup of Minute Rice

Steps:

  • Brown onion and ground beef. Drain. In 9" x 13" pan put chopped cabbage.
  • In a separate bowl, mix tomato sauce, water, bouillon granules, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle Minute Rice (uncoooked) over cabbage then top with browned and drained meat. Pour sauce mixture over top.
  • Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees F.
