BEEF POT PIE WITH BISCUITS image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 lbs. round steak cut into 1/2" cubes
2 c. mixed vegetable, thawed
2 large potatoes, peeled, cooked, diced
1 (18oz) jar beef gravy
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tube (12oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the vegetables, gravy, potatoes, thyme and pepper. Transfer to a greased 11X7" baking dish. Bake uncovered at 400* for 25 minutes. Place biscuits in a single layer over meat mixture. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until biscuits are done.
