Beef Fudge image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup ground cooked roast beef
1/2 pound butter or margarine
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can evaporated milk
4 cups sugar
1 (12-ounce) bag chocolate chips
1 pint marshmallow creme
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Remove any hard crust from the beef before grinding. Cook butter, milk, and sugar to hard-ball stage. Stir often. Remove from heat. Stir in chips, marshmallow crème, vanilla, beef, and nuts. Beat all until firm. Pour into well-buttered 9x13-inch pan. Cut into squares. Refrigerate.
