BEEF, CHICKEN, OR LAMB SHAWARMA image

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 lbs. chicken, beef, or lamb
5 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 cup olive oil
1-2 lemons, juiced
Shawarma spice mixture
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in dish and marinate from one hour to two days. 2. Cook meat under broiler or on hot charcoal grill. 3. Meat can be served shishkabob style or wrapped in pita bread.
