Steps:
- 1. Combine soy sauce, 5 spice and black pepper. Add beef and stir to coat.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large fry pan. Add beef and stir-fry 2-3 minutes or until browned. Remove and set aside.
- 3. Heat remaining oil in fry pan. Add garlic, ginger, crushed red pepper, and cashews: stir-fry 1 minute. Add Oyster Sauce and 1/4 cup water. Bring to a boil. Add broccoli, cover and cook 3 minutes.
- 4. Return beef to warm through. Add lime juice and green onions.
- 4. Serve over Rice or Noodles
