Steps:
- Thread first 4 ingredients alternately onto 8 skewers; place in shallow dish.
- Pour dressing over kabobs; turn to evenly coat kabobs. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Heat grill to medium heat. Drain kabobs; discard marinade. Grill kabobs 15 min. or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally. Serve over rice.
