BEEF AND CORNBREAD BAKE
Steps:
- Brown meat and drain. Add all remaining ingredients except muffin mix. Cook together while preparing muffin mix per manufacture instructions. Spread meat sauce in bottom of 8x8x2" pan. Top with cornbread mix, then top with grated cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
