BBQ Rub image

I got this recipe off the internet. It is by Chris Schlesinger. When I use it I cut the salt way back & up the cayenne. Very good rub

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons black pepper, freshly cracked
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
4 tablespoons paprika (I like Hungarian)

Steps:

  • Mix them all together and rub on whatever you are BBQing.
