BBQ-Glazed Mini Meatloaves image

"Quick, easy, and delicious, mini meat loaves with shredded cheese and stuffing mix are baked in muffin cups and brushed with barbecue sauce."

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup hot water
1 (120 g) package STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 pound extra-lean ground beef
1 cup KRAFT Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Add hot water to stuffing mix in large bowl; stir just until moistened. Add meat, cheese and onions; mix well.
  • Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 min. or until done (160 degrees F), brushing with combined barbecue sauce and sugar for the last 10 min.
