BBQ corn muffins image

I won 1st place, reserve champion and a champion ribbon for these fab muffins. They are a surprize treat compared to the fruity or nutty muffins everyone else enterd.

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 cup(s) sloppy joe mix with ground beef
1/2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
2 package(s) jiffy corn muffin mix

Steps:

  • I made sloppy joes for my family for dinner. I took 2 cups (if needed) of the mix. In a muffin pan, place muffin papers in them and put a tablespoon of corn muffin mix (prepared) in the cup. Put a tablespoon of sloppy joe and a pinch of cheddar cheese. Cover it with another tablespoon of corn muffin mix. Bake at 350 or the corn muffin mix directions till done. Let cool a little before eating, they will be very hot from the sloppy joe!!! Enjoy!!!
