bbq bacon,potato corn salad image

I always bring this to cook outs in the summer enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/3 c ranch dressing
1/3 c barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
3 lb small red potatoes cooked and quartered
1 can(s) 11 oz whole kernel corn drained
1/2 c diced celery
1/2 c chopped red peppers
1/2 c chopped red onion
8 slice bacon, cooked crumbled

Steps:

  • 1. mix ranch mustard and BBQ sauce in bowl. add all ingredients except bacon to dressing mixture. mix gently with hands works best.
  • 2. refrigerate 1 hr sprinkle bacon on top right before you serve.
