Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425F. Put the gluten-free flour and the dried yeast in a bowl and mix well. Add the oil and water and knead into a smooth dough. Spread the dough on a greased baking tray (use a layer of greased parchment paper or a damp spatula to help), and allow it to rise for about 30 - 40 minutes. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Spread the top of the dough with desired toppings (tomato sauce, cheese, etc). Season with salt, pepper, and oregano and drizzle with some oil. Bake 10 more minutes at 425F.
