1-1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 bottle (18 oz.) KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix all ingredients except barbecue sauce; shape into 36 (1-inch) meatballs.
  • Place in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with barbecue sauce.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until meatballs are done (160ºF).
