Another recipe I found in: "Brain Foods For Kids: Over 100 Recipes To Boost Your Child's Intelligence." I got it as a send-in freebie from Kashi. The protein in this will keep your hunger in check for awhile, and who doesn't love peanut butter and bananas!

2 large bananas
1 tablespoon natural-style peanut butter, creamy
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, thick, and frothy.
