3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
Banana Walnut Cranberry Bread
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups bananas, mashed (about 4 bananas)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons buttermilk or heavy cream
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
