Steps:
- 1. Combine guava nectar, lemon juice, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat.
- 2. in a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water into a smooth paste then stir into guava nectar mixture.
- 3. Stir till it thickens and clears, then remove from heat and let cool.
- 4. Combine cooled mixture with bananas and pour into pie crust. Refrigerate.
- 5. Serve with dollop of Cool Whip.
