Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Whisk eggs, coconut oil and extract in large bowl until blended. Add sour cream and bananas; mix well. Add flour mixture; stir just until blended. Stir in nuts.
- Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake 45 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 min. Remove bread from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
