Number Of Ingredients 5

1 1/4 pints milk
1 teaspoon sugar
1 3/4 oz. cornflour (cornstarch)
1 rind of whole lemon
3 bananas

Steps:

  • Mix cornflour to a smooth paste with some milk. Put remainder into saucepan, add the grated rind and sugar. When hot, stir onto the cornflour. Return to the saucepan, bring to boil, keeping it well-stirred. Boil gently for a few minutes. Pour into mold and chill.
