Banana Applesauce Cake image

My family loved this cake. It's low fat and moist.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 box jiffy yellow cake mix
1 /4 c flour
1 /2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
2 bananas
1 /2 c applesauce

Steps:

  • 1. Mix wet ingredients with a fork smashing the bananas
  • 2. Add dry ingredients to wet with a fork
  • 3. Spray or grease 1 or 2 small loaf pan(s)
  • 4. pour mixture in loaf pan(s)
  • 5. Bake @350
