Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and trim green beans, leaving them whole. Wash and slice red pepper and sweet onion. Lay vegetables in large casserole dish.
- Pour olive oil over vegetables and gently toss. Drizzle balsamic over them and season with garlic salt and pepper. Toss until well covered with seasonings.
- Bake at 425 for 35-40 minutes, stirring frequently for even roasting. If desired, drizzle extra balsamic vinegar over them at end of cooking time. May be served hot or at room temperature.
