- Melt butter in sauce pan.
- Add all other ingredients, stirring.
- Bring to a boil and immediately reduce heat.

- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Place pork on top your favorite garden salad, drizzle remaining sauce as salad dressing and serve immediately.
