- Heat 1 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add plums and shallots; cook 5 to 6 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Spoon plum mixture into bowl; cover to keep warm.
- Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; sprinkle with seasoning blend. Cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Mix chicken broth, mustard, rosemary and remaining dressing in skillet until blended; cook 2 to 3 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
- Serve chicken topped with plum mixture and mustard sauce.
