BAKED SALMON WITH DILL image

2 6 oz. salmon fillets
1 tbsp ghee, melted
1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving

Steps:

  • 1. Place the salmon on a rimmed baking sheet and generously season with salt and pepper. Brush the salmon with ghee and sprinkle with fresh dill. 2. Place the baking sheet in a cold oven, and then turn the heat to 400 degrees F. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until desired doneness. Serve with lemon wedges.
