BAKED SALMON PATTIES image

Number Of Ingredients 14

300 grams salmon fillet
1 tbs. olive oil
2 potatoes,cubed
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. mustard
2 tbs.lemon juice
2 tbs.parsley,chopped
salt, pepper
1 egg
1/4-1/2 cup bread crumbs
coating:
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup sesame seeds

Steps:

  • Bake salmom 12-15 minutes Cook potatoes in salted water, drain and cool. Saute onions in olive oil till translucent, add garlic. Mash potatoes, add onions, flaked salmon and rest of ingredients. Taste and correct seasoning. Moisten hands and form small balls.Mix coating ingredients. Roll salmon balls in coating. Place on baking sheet lined with paper. Flatten balls. Bake 5-10 minutes on each side at 180 dgrees C. Serve with goat's milk yogurt or sour cream
