Steps:
- Peel Potatos.
- Use a mandolin and slice potatoes and put them water bath.
- Dry potato for a few minutes on towel.
- Spray down large oven sheet and salt and pepper.
- Spread potato all over sheet and mix with salt pepper.
- Put in oven at 300 and check every 20-30 minutes.
- Flip, pull apart potatoes, take out crispy chips and put on toweled bowl. This all takes time. The chips will be golden brown.
